Easy to use. Small pulls to swallow. Effective to relieve constipation. Very little discomfort with cramping. Pretty gentle but effective. Pricing is very competitive. I recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These get the job done without turning you into Old Faithful. I was a bit nervous to try them out given what they are... But they were gentle and really didn't cause much discomfort, yet they were effective. I'd reach for these again, if needed.
