Quality was fine. I didn't realize the spike strip would need applied after receiving. Wasn't difficult. But I did need help as I ran out of time to assemble.
Cute hats. They don't come as shown in the picture, you have to put the Dino spikes on the hat, but it's just a sticky tape with plastic you pull off and quite easy. Great for a dinosaur themed party!

These party hats are like regular arty hats only they look like they have dinosaur spikes on one side. Great for dinosaur parties.
Super cute party hats for a dino themed party. You have to put the "spines" on the hats, but it's very simple, with peel off adhesive. They seem to last pretty well too, especially with the handling of toddlers!
