NUK First Choice Advanced Hard Spout Sippy Cup, 10 oz, 2 Pack

We purchased two 2-packs of these cups over the last two months for our 2 year old twin boys. Overall the great cups and the hard mouth top design is perfect for our boys, but two of the four cups have started leaking from the seam on the body of the cup, and given that these cups are used in a monitored indoor environment and cleaned per the product guidelines, it's very disappointing that they lasted less then two months under normal conditions.

I bought these cups not knowing if my twins would like them or not since they have a smaller spout and they love them! They are a little rough (boys and throw things) and the stoppers stay in with no issues and cleaning is so much easier than ones with the little rubber stoppers. Also they sell the stopper separate and cheap!! Amazing cups honestly

This is the only cup we've found that is actually leak proof, most of the time. However, we have had occasional leaks and spills. (We've gone through about 4 or 5 and currently have 4 we rotate.) We've had it leak a few times when the valve comes loose after being dropped. One of those times it came completely off and was floating around in his juice. Another time it was leaking I discovered the spout on the cup where the valve goes in was cracked. On two occasions it has actually gushed out liquid, surprising the heck out of both me and my grandson who was half asleep in my bed at the time. Poor baby had his water dumped all over his face. My grandson will sometimes sleep with his cup and then periodically take drinks from it during the night. I can't figure out how or what caused it to happened. I checked the cup and both times it looked fine, nothing loose, no cracks, closed tightly. Nonetheless, 2 times it has gushed out liquid, making enough noise to wake me from my sleep. ( I was right next to him) My husband thinks it may have to do with the cup being in a certain position for too long during the night, maybe built up pressure. Which is scary to me because the opening on that thing is quite small, it would require quite a bit of pressure to release so much liquid all at once. Regardless of pressure or cup position, this should not be happening.

We have done the leg work on finding sippy cups that don't leak milk all over our house! This is finally the one. I can stick it in the diaper bag or my purse and not worry about leakage. My daughter loves it!

I bought these a month ago in hopes that my 1 yr old wouldn't destroy the leak proof feature and it worked. All the leak proof features are inside inaccessible to my baby. She would pit her fingers in the rubber tops of all other cups, making the holes big and they were no longer leak proof. Love these cups. Only ones I will buy for now on.
