Maytag Bravos MEDB850YW Electric Dryer

I purchased this dryer three months ago. I knew I wanted a Maytag product as my washer was a Maytag which I had for 17 years. I am very pleased with this dryer, love the large capacity and the variety of settings. I have dried my queen size comforter and it dried completely in one cycle. I also purchased the Maytag washer a month ago and love it's features, less water usage and my clothes are clean, just wish it had a drum light.

I have literally had a Maytag all my life. My parents had a Maytag throughout my childhood, and once I got married, my grandmother bought us a set for our wedding. We have been married 25 years now and I have just now had to replace them! The only reason I gave the features and performance 4 instead of 5 stars is becasue the steam dry doesn't work very well. One of the reasons I went with this higher end was becasue of the steam feature - clothes are still wrinkled when they're finished. Otherwise it is fabulous!

Love this Dryer so far. Have only had it since April 2013. Overall great Quality and nice selection of features. Only problem encountered is on Delicate cycle, some clothes are still damp dry. Since they are my babies clothes I would like them to be dry before I take them out and either put them in drawers or closet. Otherwise, great machine.

I purchased this and the washer together what a great pair. The best thing I found was the large capacity for large comforters and big over sized coats. The only draw back I have is the lint screen is small and lint falls down between outer shell and hard to vacuum out.

I have been very pleased with the Bravos XL Dryer with the steam option. Its large capacity, drum light, lint filter in front, steam option as well as a variety of useful settings have all been very beneficial. The only annoyance is the door will not stay open when loading it. Other than that, I have been very pleased. I had a Maytag washer and dryer for 40 years and am impressed with the new features, performance and energy efficiency of the Maytag Bravos XL dryer.
