Dawson's Creek: The Series Finale [DVD]

The series finale of the TV series Dawson's Creek.

"All Good Things..." and "...Must Come to an End," the final two episodes of the WB teen soap opera Dawson's Creek, come to DVD with standard full-frame transfers that preserve the original broadcast aspect ratio of 1.33:1. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital Surround. There are no subtitles, but the soundtrack is closed-captioned. Supplemental materials include a commentary track recorded by series creator Kevin Williamson and series producer Paul Stupin, who are full of praise for their actors. Included within the show are scenes that were cut from the original broadcast for time reasons; the pair discusses why certain scenes were cut instead of others. As a bonus for fans of the series, segments from the original pilot presentation and an alternate ending for the series premiere are offered with optional commentary from Williamson and Stupin. This disc offers a warmhearted goodbye from the show's creative staff to the longtime fans.
