I had bought this charger this summer, and loved it at first. So much so, that a buddy of mine bought one too. His wouldn't charge right out of the box, but mine worked great for about two or three weeks, providing about 6-7 full charges to my phone. 5 months later, I'm trying to use it again and it won't hold a charge. I would not recommend.

This is my second one of these that I've bought. The first one i bought for me to use at work which requires a lot of being on the phone and it charges my S8 at least 6 times between charges. This is huge for me since i can't always be near a plug. I like the one i bought so much i got this one for my wife who blows through the charge on her phone like a kid plowing candy on Halloween. My only complaint is the size. It is fairly large and heavy but for what it is and does the trade off is worth it

The only reason that I rated this one star is because I didn't have the option to rate it no stars. The 1st one would not charge, exchanged it for another one and it will not charge either. Problem is I threw the box away and Walmart will not take it back.

I've had mine for over a year now and it's worked GREAT !! It was bought as a gift because I travel alot and take lots of photos with my cellphone, PRO MODE. I love it, but unfortunately mine had sat in some water due to my own negligence and would charge itself but never was able to get it to charge my phone again. I'm headed to buy another, today before vacation.

Sadly, prior to my wife buying this unit, we had not read any reviews across this and other similar models under this brand label. My experience follows other poor reviews and problems. I had the odd display locked at 50% for hours and hours after putting it on the initial charger as it came out of the box. The display did not change until I read one review that gave the tip about holding the button in for over 10 seconds, then the display went to 66% for a minute then it showed 188% for about a minute before it settled back to what appeared to be an actual charge level of 66%. The next morning this level had risen to 85% for most of the morning before we had to leave for our trip. It never reached 100% until after our trip and then charging for another 5 hours, where it is at this moment (re boxed and ready for return). During our trip, the charger was used to try and charge my Iphone, which it failed to do, at all. It needs to be noted here that the charge cable for the IPhone is proprietary, and is NOT a micro-USB port to USB port. We had to use our own charging cable we use for the Iphone. The cable supplied is USB to micro-USB, which is used for charging the battery pack. It can also be used to charge another device that is USB to micro-USB. You would have to supply your own USB-USB cable if that was the cable needed to charge your device, like it was for my laptop. I can't speak to any other devices since I don't own any. Build quality seemed very good and sturdy, but the slippery aluminum housing was awkward to handle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT, the reviews do not support such a recommendation.
