Got app installed on 2 phones, one parent mode and the other kids mode. Could receive notification on parent app to approve completed chores but the approved status is not pushed back to kid app. Stuck at "waiting for approval". Marketing material also misrepresent the screen brightness. It's quite dark and this coming from a longtime FR235 user.

It looks good, great that it is water proof BUT we had real trouble connecting it to a smart phone, it doesnt display the time nor does the steps get updated on the phone... shows no activity at all. We have googled and read the manual but still cant work out how to fix the issue...

Provides for some good competition between my kids. The chores and rewards system is really helpful in keeping track of who has done what they are supposed to do. Having the app on their table gets them in the habit of knowing what they are supposed to do without wondering where the check list is.

Great device, As a fitbit user, i really feel the app needs improvement. Its not very user friendly. The kids have yet to figure out how to compete with each other, i have a hard time navigating the parent side. Battery life is fantastic. Would buy again.

I bought the Vivofit Jr 2 for my daughter for Christmas last year. She had the original Vivofit Jr, but lost it, so having both versions has allowed us to compare them. I like the updated feature of being able to set alarms so my daughter is now able to use her watch as her alarm clock. I do however wish that swimming was recognized and counted as activity minutes as my daughter is on a swim team and practices 3 times a week for 45 minutes and she is often disappointed that those minutes of vigorous activity do not count towards her daily activity goal.
