I just purchased this printer and found it a little difficult to install. Once it was installed it did the job very well, good print quality and picture quality. Cpoies just fine. I haven't tried the scanner yet but hope it scans as well.

I've had this product for about 6 months now. It works great for being an all-in-one product. The only downfall is that it goes through the ink very quickly. Even when you just print in greyscale, the color cartridge goes down.

THIS IS MY THIRD HP PRINTER MY FIRST ONE IS HP DESKJET 610CL A NICE PRINTER AND STILL WORKS ALMOST 10 YRS OLD BUT THE INK PRICE TO HIGH, MY 2ND ONE I BOUGHT AFTER XMAS THIS YEAR IT HAD SOME MAJOR PROBLEMS AND HAD TO BE RETURNED THEN I BOUGHT THIS ONE IY COST A LITTLE MORE BUT WORKS GREAT SO FAR NO PROBLEMS

This printer started out hard to install for me, any way. Then the ink cartridages run out of ink before you get them home. I have had to reinstall it about 20% of the time I have used it. I would not recommend it. In fact I caught myself saying I hate this printer today as I reinstalled it. I have owned HP before and love the product, but not this one

I purchased this product to replace another brand that drank ink like crazy. The HP DJ F4140, it scans, copies and prints like a dream. Beautiful Pictures too! I've owned other HP printers and other brands too and I am very happy with this purchase.
