Overall pretty good

work great. battery life is good, as long as you charge it after you're done I use it for PC and although it has a PC setting, for the presets to work you have to use it on PS3 mode with a male male audio from your PC output to your game input (on the receiver) presets are great bonus, though you can't have custom presets like some of the better models.(this is where the 5th star got taken away) the headset doesn't have an explanation for most of the features (also docked some points here) aka to sync/connect you have to first hold the connect button for 3 sec. then the power button on the headset for 6 sec until it beeps twice and the receiver led goes solid. there is no explanation in box that I could find. Took a long time to figure out how to use them. overall its worth the money and it gives you a variety of different presets to choose from *******DL THE PX3 PRESET MANAGER!!!!!******

I researched every wireless headset from A-Z and checked up with Sony and Turtlebeach to ensure that this headset WOULD work on Playstation 4. I picked it up tonight and was looking forward to having a good Turtlebeach for the first time. After reading the manual and getting everything set up step by step I noticed that NOTHING would come through the set. I spent probably over 90 minutes trying over and over again just to eliminate any error on my part. After that I took it on over to Google and to my surprise these sets DO NOT work on Playstation 4! You CAN get them to work by purchasing a specific PS4 adapter cable from Turtlebeach for $7 + tax + SHIPPING. Shipping takes 2-3 weeks! Really upset that this was not made clear on the retail box. And to make it worse this adapter cable runs from the WIRELESS headset into the WIRELESS Dualshock 4 controller. THUS making this WIRELESS headset WIRED! Thankfully I DO have the receipt and I will be taking this junk back for a refund. I plan on picking up the Sony Gold Wireless Headset that was specifically built for the Playstation 4. No point in spending $99 + tax on a wireless headset if you have to have a wired adapter for it to function on a PS4. Sony Gold is $99 as well and no adapter(s) are needed. I would not recommend this headset to anyone.
