Microwaveable Russet Potato Whole Fresh, Each

I love these microwave single potatoes. No more potatoes sprouting in some remote corner of the cupboard. No more baking in the oven for an hour. Now I can cook my potato while I fix a salad. Seems simple enough, right? Let me tell you know that scary bad things can happen. Here's my story: I put the potato in the microwave for the designated time and returned to my desk to work on my computer. A few minutes later I heard a huge "POP!" from the kitchen. I ran in to discover that the potato had burst into flames in the microwave. What chaos! The smoke alarm went off as the entire apartment filled with smoke. My little dogs were running around barking, "Are we going to die"? It was over in a couple of very long minutes, but it took an 2 hours to clear out the smoke. I can't figure out what I did wrong. Will I ever dare cook another potato in the microwave? Probably...some day. Be careful, People!

After I saw the review which mentions green potatoes I looked into it. And while I was buying these potatoes by the boatloads. NO MORE. Green potatoes are bad for you if you do not cut off the green part. Well these are wrapped with the green inside and you don't know it until you smash it open. I am HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED because I liked having these already washed and wrapped but now I wonder if they were even washed AND they recently had the nerve to up the price to over a dollar for a bad potato. SHAME ON YOU WALMART
