OtterBox - Otter + Pop Symmetry Case with PopGrip for Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max

I bought this case about a month ago when I got a new phone. I have had many Otterbox cases but this is the first one with the popsocket made into it and I Love it! It sits much flatter than the pop socket cases and it still wirelessly charges without having to take the pop socket off!! It is exactly what I was wanting and it is super cute!

The color, size, and look of this product is appealing and as expected. I am a little disappointed that the case is not magsafe as advertised, even with the pop socket removed it does not take charge wirelessly. I like that this case has the pop socket built in because it gives it a sleek look and also allows you to change with interchangeable pop sockets for a new look.

Bought this for my new iPhone 12 and love it! I've always used a pop socket but didn't like it stuck on the phone case and not being flat even when pushed in. Problem solved!!! There is a very slight bump on this when pushed in so it lays virtually flat and fits in my car phone holder much better. The only drawback, and it would not stop me from purchasing this case again, is when it is pulled out it needs to be just a bit longer. With the indentation for the flush fit, it's pretty tight to get my fingers under the pop socket. Just a bit more length for this style case would be nice. Other than that great case!!!!

I returned it immediately. The rubber is a different compound than all of the other otter boxes I've ever had and it was slippery and hard to hold. The pop socket did not come out far enough for me to get my fingers behind. The pop socket did not work well as a kickstand, you had to manipulate the socket to just the right angle for it to stand up. It DID NOT support wireless charging with or without the pop socket on. I returned it the next day and am currently waiting on a refund. This is the only otter box I've ever had issue with but to me it seemed like a great idea but it turned out to be just that...only a great idea

The pop socket itself is very awkward and uncomfortable to hold and the stand function is not stable.
