3M Littmann Classic III Stethoscope, Black Tube, 27 inch, 5620

When ordered item was in stock. Day it was suppose to be delivered it said delayed and Been on delay for couple days now. There no way to get an update on when it will come. Hoping I don't have to buy another from somewhere else. Hoping it comes in time for school. Very disappointed

If there was a way to give a zero , that would be my response. My stethoscope does not work. You can not hear out of it. I received an email that I would get a replacement on 9/25 but have never received it. I received a call yesterday telling me to call 3m. I have talked to them several times and Lois is very nice but....I did not purchase this from 3M and am very frustrated. In the past I have bought nurse bags 3 times for all my nurses from you guys. I will be spending my money somewhere else in the future. I have used Littman stethoscopes for 30 years. I have always been happy with them. I'm not upset about the equipment being faulty. I'm upset about the customer service.

I haven't received my purchase yet seeing how your company sold me a product that you do not have, which by the way, was supposed to be sent prior to Christmas. I still have not received a potential date that the back ordered product will be sent. The fact that you have sent this product review shows you aren't concerned about the issue or customer satisfaction. In fact, I have received two requests for product review and zero updates other than to tell me you don't have the product I have paid for with the expectation to have it for a Christmas gift.

I had a classic III ~ 10 years ago. I think the tubing/style of this new one has changed. Also, it did not come with the hard ear attachments. It only came with the soft ones - which are comfortable but I hear way better with the hard ones. So that was sad. Good thing I still have my old ear buds that I can change out. I would recommend including one pair of hard ear buds and not just the multiple soft ones.

I like this stethoscope. I bought the chocolate brown for my daughter and had her name engraved on the tubing. When it arrived, I thought they forgot the engraving until I ran my fingers over it. It was engraved but the ink they put in the engraving matched the color of the tubing, so you can't really see it. I contacted Customer Service and was told "the only reason for this is that the tube color you have selected is a darker shade. Since the engraving is done by a pre-coded machine, we do not have control over the fonts and colors used. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you. Thank you for your business" In other words, if you pick a darker color, that's your problem. Hopefully, they will update their website to reflect this shortcoming.
