My daughter has been practicing gymnastics for years now and she puts a ton of work into her hands. She always ends up with scrapes, blisters, and calluses that take forever to heal as she's always training. One of her coaches recommended we try the Nexcare spray and it is our favorite! The spray dries quickly and has cut down drastically on her healing time! It tends to fail a bit during long practices but we've found that if she keeps one in her gym bag she can reapply during practice and is good as new!
