3m Peltor Hearing Protector Nrr29db

This ear protection has been worn on the pistol and rifle range as well as in a machine shop environment for over 21 years. The y are still usable but I have had to patch them over the last few months. The weak link is the wire to cup retainer/slide mechanism. One finally broke. A wad of 2 part epoxy holds the cup to the head arch piece. The black film on the cup that touches my head has also started to split with use. For the money I expect to buy another pair and use them for another twenty years.

Originally bought these for noise protection, and found they are SO effective that they block out the sounds or aircraft, gardeners with leaf blowers and lawn cutters, they make almost any situation in any environment into a library reading room. There's nothing else like them.

These work GREAT. !! Comfortable to wear. Cups are large enough to fit over Ears, So they don't crush them.

brought 2 of these for wife & i. couldn't hear anything at shooting range. great buy.
