It's the sprayer bottle. I kept waking up coughing with a mouth full of flem. I think if they changed the nasal thing to a sprayer it would be perfect.

I buy this item frequently due to my allergies. But, I have had two purchases that came with pin holes in the bottle. water goes all over the place when you try to use it. Should I switch to another brand? HELP!

Great product, price is terrific also. Contains same ingredients as name brand product and works just as well. Great to keep on hand when the allergies act up or cold and congestion!

this was a life saver as I'm med sensitive and can't use anything without side effects. i like how it moisturizers your nose as mine was dry. from nasal sprays. and i sure wanted no nose bleed.no smell or taste.it really helps rinse all allergans out.i keep this with me. as i have sinus issues. and really bad allergies.plus its safe

On 3/13/25 I placed an order with hold and everything it came to $165.00 when all was over it actually came to $116.00.I still haven't reserved my refund of $48.00. I feel like you stole my money from me that money came from my Direct Express SSI card. I iNEED MY MONEY. I DON'T LIKE THEY WAY YOU DO YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE. I I've been with Walmart over 10 years and I think I may leave you. I it seems every order I've placed since Dec 2024 there has been some sort of problem. I Needless to say I'm not happy with Walmart anymore!!!!
