I have tried many different products marketed to treat my eczema, including some (Skinflix, for instance) that cost much more. In very truth, nothing compares to Neosporin Eczema Essentials at all. I would plead that this product never be discontinued. It is almost like magic. It actually works.

Please, I am begging you to bring back the anti itch cream! That cream is the only healing relief I have ever found. I haven't found anything to even come close to its effectiveness. People desperately need that product. Have mercy and bring it back please!!

I have always bought the anti itch cream is the only cream that would help with my ezcema, and now i got this one to try since i disnt lnow they discontinued the other one and my ezcema haven't gotten better just worse, I hope they bring back the original one . This is not a good substitute

My girlfriend and I both were born with eczema and as we grew older mines went away and unfortunately for her: Hers got worse. We literally went through every possible eczema solution you can think of but never received improved results. We use sensitivity skin fragrance free everything and still had a bad case of eczema. Once we tried this lotion by Neosporin, we felt like we hit the jackpot and finally saw results! This is the ONLY lotion that I can say that ACTUALLY DOES THE JOB. So thank you neosporn for creating a relief to a bad case of eczema problem.

I have had severe eczema in the past. For that, only steroid cream would work and I saw a dermatologist for it. I recently have had bad grass allergies. One of the side effects was mild eczema on my eyelids. They've been red, painful, and dry/crusty consistently. I've tried every lotion and all of them only make it burn. I even tried the steroid cream and it made it burn. I then googled different solutions and came across this --- bought, tried it, and it's made a difference immediately. Soft eyed my skin, did not burn, and is no longer dry. Says it will work in 3 days, but it started working immediately. I highly recommend for mild to moderate eczema.
