4 Pack Vaseline Cocoa Butter Petroleum Jelly 7.5 Ounce each

I use this Vaseline at night before I go to bed. I also use it in the morning when I wash my face. Once I wash my face I put the Vaseline on and make sure I put a heated wash cloth after. It holds the moisture in all day. I love this Vaseline Cocoa butter.

I just about used up a relatively small container of plain Vaseline petroleum jelly that I've easily had for 30 years. Because it's basically inert, it has no smell or taste, and I use it primarily on my lips after finding that my normally preferred organic lip balms tend to go rancid before I can use them up. I should've known not to order something with “fragrance” in it - I broke one of my cardinal rules - but somehow I was tempted by the idea of adding cocoa butter to the less palatable notion of petroleum jelly. Unfortunately, one small swipe on my lips was all it took to assure me I'd made a mistake. I had to wipe it off instantly and could still taste it for a while after. The smell should've been a giveaway - it's cocoa butter-esque with an unmistakable chemical undertone. I don't even feel right giving it away and feel worse throwing it away. Add the cocoa butter, leave out the fragrance.

I Have always loved using Vaseline petroleum jelly on my cracked hands. I cover my hands with Vaseline, put them in socks, and go to sleep. I never realized in all my years of doing this that I was missing something critical. That critical thing, of course, was the luxurious smell of cocoa butter. Here's a question: if I've already given Vaseline five stars, what can I give something that's even better? This one goes to six.

I've tried other products for my lips but this is the only one that gets the job done. It's long lasting and not pricey. Keeps my lips baby smooth. No cons and it's the only lip care product that I use. Perfect to use under lipgloss and lipstick if you want to keep your lips protected.

I definitely prefer this over the lip sized ones they sell. I'm not sure if the formulation is supposed to be different, or if the smaller size makes it easier for air to affect it, but this larger tub applies so much more smoothly to my lips and keeps my lips hydrated all night long - I only use it at night though, kind of like a mask for my lips.
