joovy Room Premium All-in-One Playard and Nursery Center - Turquoise

This pack & play is sturdy, roomy & stylish. The changing table is a comfortable height for average adults. Set up is easy but fold away is not. 1. My finger got trapped pushing the button to collapse it causing great pain while trying to extricate it. 2. I need both hands to release the side rails & had to do this more than once per side while the sides kept trying to reopen before it collapsed completely. It is very cumbersome. I dread trying to wrestle it back into its tote bag. The sides keep sliding open & it needs a strap or bungee cord to keep them closed. My grandson slept comfortably in it & his mom found the basinette & changing table convenient but after one use I'm not sure the pain, frustration & hassle to use this is worth the expense. I can't imagine a postpartum mom trying to manage this alone. I hope it gets easier with practice.

I really want to love this playard because I am usually a fan of Joovy products. I have used their high chairs and walker in the past. However, we have had issues with this playard. Mostly with the sheets not truly being waterproof. I bought this specifically because of the waterproof sheet, so I wouldn't have to worry about the mattress getting wet or moldy when my baby spits up or pees through his diaper. The first time my baby spit up on it while sleeping, it soaked right through the "waterproof" sheet. I contacted Joovy and they were kind enough to send me a brand new mattress and waterproof sheet. The second sheet ripped where the elastic was after only one wash. Again, Joovy was kind enough to send me a new sheet. Excellent customer service. However, basically, we are on our second mattress and third sheet, and again, my baby spit up while sleeping this morning and it leaked through right to the mattress. The concept is great but the sheet is not actually waterproof, and it's becoming a headache. Thankfully he hasn't peed through his diaper on this sheet yet. Not looking forward to that.

I bought this playyard because of its great features, low price, and the Joovy brand. I was putting it together at 39 weeks pregnant and was sweating. I thought my water broke doing it. I watched several YouTube’s, read reviews, even called Buy Buy Baby for help. My husband and another grown man who has had children and used many playyards before finally put it together after hours. We just assumed it was new to us and a little difficult. The changing table is hard to remove so it was not an easy pull on/pull off like the video shows when describing this product. When it was time to travel and take it with us we could NOT get it back down in the bag. Several people tried for hours and still unsuccessful. Again, some of these people parents who have used a playyard before. We finally took it back to Buy Buy Baby where we purchased half our together. Once there the employee who’s job is to help assemble and take down and be experts of baby accessories laughed and said “I have been working for Buy Buy Baby for 10 years and have put together 100’s of playyards and this was by far the most difficult.” DO NOT BUY!

First, I love the look of all Joovy products. They just always add a little extra something special. Second, this was amazing to keep on our main floor when our baby was a newborn - great for diaper changes and her many newborn naps. As she's grown older, I use it to keep her safely corralled when I need step away for a moment and we just used it daily during travel. Great price too!
