Oat Mama Lactation Tea, Blueberry Pomegranate, Caffeine Free, 14 Tea Bags, 32 g

After much concern about my milk production possibly being low due hemorrhage during birth I purchased the lactation tea. I also purchased the location supplements and my milk came in within four days of my sons birthdate. I enjoy the flavor of the tea and I highly recommend all of their products. Since I’ve also tried the lactation bars and they also taste great.

To be honest it wasn’t amazing. It didn’t boost my supply & I can’t say definitively that it helped maintain either since I do other things to help maintain my supply as well. It does taste better than other teas I’ve tried but not well enough to spend 3X what you would on the other teas that give you the same results. Because of that I have to say I would not reorder :(

This tea tastes like candy when sweetened with honey. It is SO delicious even by itself if you don’t like sweet tea, but honey just puts it over the edge. And healthy because no sugar!! Win win. I also think it helped my milk production. Today I pumped 6oz in one session which is the most I ever have at once! I’m a believer.

This is my favorite tea of all time! I will be reordering, it is SO good iced. Sometimes I will brew and put in the freezer for just a little while take it out and have like a slushy when it’s really hot. Not only is the flavor good. I have had a constant supply since having a tea a day. I love oat mama products and this tea will be a constant order for me!

This tea is unlike any other lactation tea I’ve used before. Others have a very licorice-like taste to it that made me grimace when drinking. However this blueberry pomegranate flavor is delicious and it’s even better knowing that it’s helping me to feed my little one! I definitely noticed a difference in the amount I was able to express almost immediately. Thank you for the great tea!
