They include fenugreek and milk thistle which can help with production. This of course in no way replaces that you need to make sure to stay hydrated and eat healthy, but they gave my supply the extra boost it needed since i was feeding and pumping for my little guy. I love the flavor, but i wish they were sugar free. Other than that, i would definitely recommend these.

These lozenges are first and foremost actually delicious. They taste just like a juicy watermelon candy. I didn’t have a rhyme or reason to the way in which I took them so I can’t speak on them working for a particular regimen but I will say I feel I noticed a little bit of a difference in my milk production the days I did use these. Nothing crazy but definitely an uptick. But I do already take fenugreek so for someone who doesn’t it may make a world of difference

These lozenges taste great. I seen a small Increase in my supply while using them. Anyone who breastfeeds or exclusively pumps knows that even a small increase is great. It’s hard to find products that really increase your supply when it comes to breastfeeding supplements so I definitely recommend giving these a try.
