These nursing pads don't not hold that much ,so you will need to take like 2-3 pairs to switch if your going out for 4 to 5 hours. When wash them with time they stay to lose their shape so eventually you will have to buy news around every 3-4 weeks . Will recommend going for disposable ones!!

This is a great product if you want to cut down on waste but still have something that works petty good. I produced a lot and needed to change my pads more often with these. They did not seem to hold as much as the disposable pads. They price you pay for trying to help reduce waste. These worked better for me at the end of my nursing days. I was slowing down on milk production and I would not leak as much. If you pump or feed often they could work better as well or have a few extra to switch out more often. I worked and needed something that would hold a little more. Still a great product.
