Whirlpool - 19.2 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator - Monochromatic Stainless Steel

I bought this refrigerator about a month ago and I am fairly satisfied although it is very difficult to set the proper temperature inside the fridge side. There is an electronic controller that has only four levels of coolness.i first set it to the middle and it was way too cold, found frozen vegetables and fruits.then I set it to the least cool but still the lettuce froze in parts and found a half potato that guy was left in a bowl with water , the water had frozen solid. Then I tried turning down the freezer part to see. No results yet but now the freezer is just below freezing.

This fridge has had issues from the day the door was switched to the other side (fridge description states door is reversable); the lights flicker on and off twice each time its opened and closed. We had service done 2 times and were told the issue cannot be resolved!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this model as it said you could reverse the door. Not true, door would not seal once moved to other side. Repair man had same issue and said the newer part on the bottom was not fitting on opposite side. He reversed it back and it seals. He has tried ordering and older version of the same part to see if that works. It has been 2 months and still have not had it fixed.
