Swanson Bilberry Fruit 470 mg 100 Capsules

I'm thinking it's taking time to help my eyes. I do think it's working.

I have found quite a quick response time after taking bilberry for my eyes. I have lots of floaters and weird cloud like formations that I see while in stores with fluorescent lights. My vision has become rather stressed and overall challenging. I have been taking bilberry along with their Lycopene for about 2 weeks now, once in the am and once in the pm before bed. My vision has improved, floaters lessened and the cloud like shapes are less troublesome, they are there, but are appearing to lessen, which is totally cool. So far, I'm pleased with the results.

After only a week of taking I noticed my eyes focus faster when I switch from reading a book or looking at a screen to something else. But I have noticed that I itch more, I am still watched that to make sure it is from the pills. My eye are definitely focusing faster, I have much less fuzziness.

This is the whole herb or “full spectrum” which works best (synergy of all the so-called inactive ingredients) and is increasingly hard to find. I credit this herb as being a major factor, along with sunglasses, in the fact I can still see well at the age of 4 score and 3. I would be lost without it.

As with any "usual" supplement, I cannot actually perceive any benefits even though I am sure it is helping my troubled vision and other areas. This is a beneficial vision supplement, although you also need other stuff like zeaxanthin, vitamin E, copper, zinc, astaxanthin, beta carotene, and probably taurine. I highly recommend this product.
