They have a good combo, but they very large and they smell and taste horrible! Reminds me of the smell of bug pesticides. Its really bad. I bought some B complex too and they're pretty much the same, very large and smell and taste horrible. Holding your breath doesn't help with the taste, because it us a bad taste that lingers. I'll use these but I wont buy any more.

I have no idea if these are better in quality and effectiveness than what I have bought in other stores but they are definitely a better price. I have no complaints!

I have been spending more time on my laptop,iPad,reading and watching TV to the point where I had to close my eyes. Since taking this formula my eyes feel stronger and more relaxed. Four stars only due to the length of time I have been using isn't enough to confirm long term benefits
