I discovered by accident that BComplex zaps my hayfever, which was BAD. What happened was, I had Profound B12 Deficiency. Going to the doctor for shots was expensive, so I bought BComplex... I took some ever hour with lots of liquid, maybe 8 or 10 a day. It didn't help my B12 level at all, but ... it was going on fall when Chamisa blooms here in New Mexico: tons of sneeze making, eye watering and itching yellow flowers. When I noticed I wasn't having the usual symptoms, I walked up to a big Chamisa plant and stuck my nose right into the flowers... and inhaled. Nothing. I'm telling you, it was like Santa, the tooth fairy, Easter Bunny, (I'm actually way older than all that, but in terms of remembered excitement, it's a perfect example.) If there's intense stress, that will cause HayFever discomfort, but it's a day, rather than months. :-) I highly recommend. I should mention that it's good to start taking a bit early, like in March/April. Not the huge amount I was taking when I didn't start until July.

I have to compliment Walmart on their efficiency and timely manner in which they were able to send me my order! I ordered two bottles of vitamins which I am unable to get in the store currently and when they sent them to me they sent me one bottle correctly and one bottle was a mistake. I contacted them immediately and they told me just to hang on to the bottle that was incorrect. give it away, etc. and they would send me out the replacement. I got it within 24 hours!!!
