Spring Valley Joint Care Krill Plus Softgels, 60 Ct

I would have to say, if you have advancing arthritis, it's not of any value. However, I believe, if you are simply experiencing the aches of arthritis, or just want to try to prevent it by joint health, I am of the opinion it would be beneficial. It didn't do anything for me, but, my husband tried it, and has had positive results. It has helped with knee and hand pain.

I have pretty severe arthritis and have had multiple types for over 15 years. In the beginning I did try a combination of MSM, chondroitin, and glucosamine but it did not work. Needless to say, after all these years, I have not even thought about trying something new. With my conditions being so difficult to treat I have felt that whatever may be out there just won't help, even if it helps others. What made me try the Krill, this time, was what was stated in the description section on the website. It stated that the ingredients found in Spring Valley Joint Care Krill Plus may work better than glucosamine and chondroitin, two well-known joint supplements. Well now they had my attention. When I also saw that the product was certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council and that it is affordable, I knew it was worth a try. Some things may have helped me in the past but I would never know because the cost is so prohibitive. The other plus is that it is a small gel pill. Some supplements seem sized for a horse and take a cup of water to get it all the way down to your stomach but not this one. It slides down easily and tastes, and smells, like a chocolate vanilla dessert. Oh, the smell makes you want to eat the whole bottle. I have been taking it for a few weeks now and I did notice a difference as soon as the first week. It is nowhere near a miracle or life changing pill but the change is enough to make me keep buying it once this bottle runs out. I am so glad I took the time to give this product a try. I take it at night just in case I burp it up and so I wake up ready for my day.

Haven't really had enough time to see just how well this works but it does seem to be helping my joints. I don't seem to have as much pain in them as I usually do. It doesn't hurt nearly as much to stand up. I do intend on taking these longer to see just how much they do help. So far they seem to do what they say they do.

I received the Spring Valley Joint Care Krill Plus Softgels through the Walmart Spark Review Program and have only been using them for about a week but they seem to have increaased my mobility somewhat and if I have used them for such a short time, I'm sure there will be more improvement as use continues.

I love these! I've been taking supplements for my joint health for years now but they were huge pills that I had to take up to twice a day with food to avoid an upset stomach. This is a vast improvement. Just one reasonably sized pill each day to ensure freedom of movement for years to come. These are my new joint care supplements. So much easier to swallow and just one a day to remember.
