[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take D3 every day as part of my vitamin ritual -- I tend to prefer a gel vitamin because I feel it will absorb better, but these tablets are easy to swallow and provide a good amount of the recommended daily dosage.

Living in Wisconsin, I don't necessarily get enough sunlight to help my body make enough of its own vitamin d, so I like that I can easily supplement with these D3 tablets!

I don't know if they work any better than my regular brand but I am changing to this brand because of the quality.
