The only reason I can't give it a 5 is direction states you can only use it for 3 days in a row. I was hoping for something more long term.
It is a good nasal spray, but I feel the original Afrin works better.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this every night before bedtime and didn't notice much difference at all. I still seemed to have a stuffy nose with little relief. Maybe I didn't use it correctly or place it far enough up my nose, but I didn't notice any menthol at all in this product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does exactly what it says, and doesn't drip. It did help with the congestion, but the next morning my throat was extremely sore. I didn't use it again after that, as I didn't want to experience that again. I probably wouldn't recommend this product because of that.
