Anyway I didn't have time to eat, or grab coffee, so I grabbed the Vanilla Ice Cream flavored shake. It was delicious! I would call it just a basic vanilla flavor. Regardless, it is good. The texture is fairly thin and extremely smooth. No weird aftertastes or bad side effects from them. Did the trick in curving my appetite for 3 hours! According to him, he has tried different brands of protein/keto shakes, but this is one of the best so far. It tastes good, and has 30g protein per serving, which is really good to have after a workout. He finished all 4 bottles in the pack and is ready to buy more.
