I started taking creatine about a year ago and sad to say not all Creatine are created equally. While some brands are charging an arm & a leg their products are still not as great as some lesser priced brands. I buy so many products which are MainStays or Equate brand and quality is better than high priced and this Creatine is one of those products. I feel the difference in 3-5 days on any new Creatine brand and so far very impressed by Equate Creatine. I am feeling more focused, have no muscle cramps for over a week and energy levels are getting better each day. It has a fine texture to it which makes it easy to mix. The thing I like most is that it offers the same benefits as the name brand products but at a more affordable cost. This is a really great product for those who are very active and want to build muscle mass.
