Pros: Good strawberry flavor. Not as hyper-sweet as some of the other flavors. Cons: Seems to separate faster - often have to guzzle shake. Tastes a little chalky (like the old Flintstones vitamins). Would purchase again, but still looking for a favorite flavor.

After going through some problems w my liver, I was really down in weight especially my poor legs. My body came back, but I just couldn't get enough protein for my legs apparently. After I began taking casein around bedtime or when I wouldn't be eating for a while, I have noticed a change in myLeg strength. This is only after a couple weeks. You also feel pretty darn good when you wake up too. Tastes great as well.

I've always been very careful about ingesting any supplements. I've lifted both power and olympic for most of my life (since 1966). I was having difficulty recovering from workouts and my muscles were sore a lot on my off-days. My coach recommended Casein. I started taking a scoop before bed at night. The vanilla tastes pretty good. I immediately noticed an improvement in my workouts and I wasn't sore in the mornings. I would recommend this as a recovery supplement.

I love how easy it is to mix this stuff up! You can mix it with a spoon in a glass and it's not clumpy! However, the flavor I got, cookie dough, was a bit to sweet for me so I have to add less to a glass. So FYI if you guys don't like the sweeter stuff avoid cookie dough. Happy with the price of the product too!

Product came as described. Price was good. The product did get stopped at customs in China, but an agent called me and requested the additional details they needed to get approved. Took an extra week to clear and arrive at my residence, but came in the end. Overall good experience and successful delivery. Better understanding of collecting appropriate China Customs details on order would probably help with more seamless delivery.
