I utilize a number of pre-workout supplements.... the first day I took this I went to they gym and had unbelievable focus and intensity. 2 miles in 12 minutes on the elliptical for a warm up and then a strong hour of weights. The only thing different was taking this beforehand.

Typically I get my N.O. from a pre-workout that unfortunately comes with a lot of other chemicals that don't play well with the gut. I have eliminated the need for all that powder form pre-workout by using a caffeine supplement and Zhou N.O. PRO. No more spending half my workout in the bathroom!
