I have been drinking Vega One all-in-one shake every morning for breakfast for over 5 years. It makes me feel so good. I mix the unflavored with 10oz of OJ and 12oz of water in a shaker cup. I also drink it before cycling and soccer, and I swear I play better. I'm 51, btw. The old version with the flax was so much better, but I guess it wasn't cost effective to manufacture, so y'all went cheap. Oh well, it's still good.
