Amazing packaging by iHerb as always and super fast delivery. Pill size is standard and it's good quality. L-Theanine is known for its relaxation benefits and that's what it did for me!
I use this in the middle of the night to help go back to sleep. I've also used it in the evening when my mind is on overdrive. Naturally calms your brain.
An excellent complex. It helped to normalize sleep and reduce anxiety. I stopped spinning unnecessary thoughts in my head, I became more concentrated. I take 1-2 capsules a day on an empty stomach.
Easy to swallow. One of the best magnesium type in terms of absorption. So excited to see the benefits, I feel more energetic already.
Cant give a 5 star as of yet as this is the first time trying them. Used to use AOR before to up gaba and relaxation..this time I wanted to try the patented Sun Theanine version
