This ramp will not work in front of a door that opens out. The curve to the ramp edge is to high and the door will not open over it. It is a very well made ramp and works for outside or for doors that open inward.
I had an 8" rise on a sliding door to the patio. Fit perfect - very few choice in 36" wide ramp. The 5' length was just right for the 8" rise without going out too far on the patio. Ramp was well made and high quality without being too heavy to move around.
This ramp is perfect to use at out patio for my scooter as well as the lawn mower on and off the patio
Very light weight. It's hard to believe it can support up to 800lbs.
