I had high expectations before starting this supplement. My sciatic pain occurs mostly when I walk, even short distances. During the first 10 days of taking the supplement I limited my movements thinking that it would help the supplement to "absorb" into the affected areas. Didn't matter. The sciatic pain returned exactly as before I took the supplement and continued use of the supplement did not help the pain or discomfort or tightness associated with my sciatica.
I was skeptical, but decided to try this product anyway. I fell 30 years ago on a concrete floor so back pain was a given, but within the past year I've experienced numbness down my left leg at odd times. I can't gauge the amount of pain because I've become used to it, but a specialist suggested spinal shots. Temporary. Since I've been using Sciaticare, the numbness is not as often & the back pain is more tolerable. Take after a meal, but I started slow, as directed, & am carefully working up to required doses as I have a sensitivity to new meds. So far, so good.
I have been having a great deal of pain in my sciatic for several weeks now, so the opportunity to test this product came at exactly the right time. I have been taking it for 1 week now, and have already noticed a difference in the amount of pain. The suggested dosage is 2 capsules with a meal twice a day. I have been following this suggestion and would highly recommend this product to you if you are suffering from sciatica. I plan to pick up another bottle before I finish this one.
After reading several reviews, I have to agree with the majority of writers - there is nothing in the bottle of Sciaticare that indicates pain relief. Ingredients are similar to Turmeric, which I have tried and found no relief. Not in the habit of ingesting anything without research. I've done mine - please do your own.
My husband has sciatic issues so he decided to try these. His issues are not severe and he only has flare ups occasionally when he's been on his feet alot. Usually after his long work weekends.. So he started taking these, and as of yet, no flare ups so fingers crossed it stays that way, if so we will definitely buy more.
