This laxative when mixed with water, juice or Gatorade helps occasional constipation. And works within a few hours of taking it. You also don't experience the awful stomach cramps some laxatives give you when taken.

For the money, ease and relief this works great! No taste you can mix it with anything. It takes a day or two to work but it does work without diarrhea, just a normal BM. It's reliable when taking daily.
