What happened?! Years ago when my elderly father first had a stroke, the hospital gave him Ensure Enlive and like the name implies, this drink brought him back to life like a flower that was in desperate need of water. Now, three years later, something has changed - like the other reviewers are saying, it gives the person drinking it very bad diarrhea! Diarrhea makes elderly people weak! Please fix this!!

I was able to increase my weight from 85 lbs to 105 lbs over the last couple years because I started drinking ensure enlive and lifting weights. It has seriously changed my life and it's worth every penny. However, I normally drink 2 a day but I can't find anywhere to buy it in bulk. Please let me know how I can stock up so I can stay consistent. Thank you! :)

My husband drinks Ensure (Enliven now) periodically as a meal supplement when his Parkinson's disease is so tiring he is unable to eat a balanced meal. His caregiver and i have noticed the last couple of months that having an Ensure Enliven is followed by diarrehea. We will continue to provide Ensure to him as he likes this product and will willingly consume it but would like to know if others are experiencing this issue. My husband is 90+.

I am currently in liver failure and while I was in the hospital last year my doctor put me on Ensure Enlive because I have lost such huge amounts of muscle mass, my general nutrition & health was pitiful from being so sick all the time. The hospital got my liver stable and I firmly believe that drinking the Ensure has helped me recover my muscle mass. I don't plan on giving it up even after transplant and the chocolate taste really good and it's good for me I can see the benefits for it well past my transplant.
