The product arrived quickly, but it is not the color that I ordered

This item has no color, no pigment and is transparent. Which was not the point of why I ordered this item! Color/shade shown on description for product definitely did NOT match the one I rec'd: the L'Oreal Color Riche Lip Balm in Rose Elixir for $39.00. Arrived in reasonable packing, but the Lip Balm was unsealed. I thought the "rose elixir" shade would reflect just that, but not even a hint of ANY shade/color on the lips. A pricey disappointment.

I love this lip balm. It is creamy, and shiny and feels so good on the lips. The color I purchased was beautiful. I have purchased two others and the colors were wonderful as well. If you like the experience I mentioned try this out. I highly recommend it.

I got mine in the shade Candid Coral. It's a pretty sheer color and doesn't show up on my slightly pigmented lips. It's more of a clear lip balm on me but when I layer it over a nude concealer, it shows up more. I like the moisturizing feel and the packaging is cute, if slightly annoying. You have to close it the right way or else the cap won't stay closed.
