I had cancer and lost a lot of weight. I am very slender with a very high metabolic rate so putting weight on is hard and conversely losing it is far too easy. I also have a poor appetite. The compact drinks are so easy to drink and really helped get back to a better weight.
I am new to ensure although I have been on other types of supplement drinks due to a severe eating disorder. I have gone for vanilla flavour which tastes really good and love that they do a compact size as liquids do fill me up. This is perfect for me as I don't like food hence my problems and this is giving me a good fighting chance. I've only been on them a few weeks and already feel part human again. Thank you ensure x
