This is no miracle pill; you will not see results if you don't add even slight exercise in or continue to scarf junk food. However, I love that it doesn't cause me to crash like a lot of other ones do, and I love the fact that I don't feel hungry while taking it. A lot of others I have tried have caused me to be hungrier when taking them. I haven't seen a huge drop in pounds but I have seen a steady drop in inches and a decrease in my appetite. Due to two little ones and a hectic work schedule the only form of exercise I get is while at work or playing with my kids, so this is a great enhancer and booster. I love this product and will continue to use it until I reach my weightloss goals!!!

I have been using this product for 2 weeks now and I have already lost 15 pounds and still losing. I have been eating right and hardly a lot of time to workout. But I am able to workout about 2 a week and I still can't believe the results. This is a must have product!
