It worked well, but I returned it. It wasnt what I needed

This product is not great. It reads one temp no matter who I use it on. 96.2° is the only temp it ever gives me

I am very disappointed in this Braun thermometer. It hasn't worked since the first time i used it. I changed the batteries because I thought maybe that is what was wrong. But it wasn't. It says you have a fever when in fact you don't because I used my old one and my moms. They were correct. I used it on my son and it said he had A fever of like 101 and a couple seconds later it says 98. 7. My temp is usually like 97 And it says like 95.5. It does this all the time so I can't use it and I spent $59 I think. It was a waste off money!! I'd return it but don't have the package.

This thermometer is an expensive waste of time. Don't believe anything about its clinical accuracy. I am a fully trained healthcare professional and have followed all the guidance that came with this product. Having believed our child to have had an extremely high temperature for 5 days, we followed NHS guidance and this led to unnecessary use of NHS phone and emergency clinic time. The Dr at the clinic confirmed that there was nothing wrong, other than a mildly elevated temperature. This may have led to us all self-isolating for 10 days unnecessarily and also using NHS resources on COVID testing needlessly. Probably also taking unrequited paracetmol for fevers that didn't exist. I can't recommend this product less and I would like to hear from Braun regarding a refund.

DO NOT BUY THIS. This thermometer is completely inaccurate. I had to end up getting a CT scan to see why i had a "fever" for weeks because I could not go to an actual medical office due to having a "fever" during COVID pandemic. I'm incredibly angry about this because it basically forced me to waste a month of my life staying home/away from people, pushing out other medical visits (dentist, optometrist) and doing tons of blood tests, not to mention the CT scan which i'm sure my insurance company is thrilled about. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
