Maybelline Lip Studio Python Metallic Lip Kit, Passionate

I absolutely love the colors, and I really like the metallic powder, and the packaging is cute and simple, but I was kind of disappointed when I opened one and found the powder to be slightly broken and sitting outside of the pan. Other than that, I really like it over all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was super excited about this and i wasn't let down. the formula feels great and adding the shine to it is perfect. though the packaging seemed cheap they can work on that but it is a drugstore brand so i get it. it's the right size it can fit in your purse and not take so much space. i would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this product. I tried it multiple times with and without lip primer and regular old lip balm on my lips. It bled everywhere without liner once it adjusted to my body temperature. Once the lip powder is layered over, this duo becomes extremely drying. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would consider myself a lipstick guru so I took this review very seriously. At fist I really liked the idea of the product, after apply (I hated applying with my finger) I didn't like the idea as much. The reason i gave it a 4 star is because the red alone is a good color that stays on well. The shimmer just made my lips look very odd after multiple tries of getting it “right” I wouldn't perchance this product. I would suggest it come in stick/pencil form also.

The color looks very bold and its not a color I would normally pick for myself but it came in my VoxBox so I thought why not. I ended up LOVING it and will be going to get it again when I run out!!! I love the easy application of using your finger to apply. The metallic over the lip color is such a cool feature and really a nice pop. I would def buy this!! It stayed for a while my only issue is that when I drank water it kinda smeared so you have to be careful with that.
