The color is way lighter than it looks in the picture. It's also much more gray looking ...It looks more tan in the pic. A bit sticky and the scent is different.

I wanted to try this product for the good reviews I read about it. Unfortunately, it was terrible. It made my lips very dry and suffered from dry lips for more than two weeks even though I never had a dry lips before and I don't use lip palm a lot. Be aware with this product and I wish I can return it and get my money back. However, I have to say the color is very nice, but the product is terrible.

The scent of this lippie is great. I love the scent, has great prigmentation and did not rub off on my coffee cup. The dry down is gorgeous and not sticky. I like the applicator and it held enough product to do one coat. I did one coat and it was great. Not patchy or dry. I can honestly say that it is better quality then higher priced chocolate lippie lines I have used. I tried Dose of Cocoa and now am wanting more of the colors in this line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The L'Oreal Paris Infallible Les Chocolats Scented Liquid Lipstick comes in a tube similar to all of their other Infallible liquid lips, but is instead in a matte tube. The applicator on this lipstick is a firm doe foot applicator with a tear drop point, which makes it super easy to line your lips as you apply. The formula is fairly liquid and applies evenly and opaque in a single swipe. It takes about a minute, but this liquid lipstick does dry down to a true matte finish and is pretty transfer proof. A word of caution for those sensitive to scents, as the name implies, this lipstick has a chocolate scent. When I first received this lipstick, I thought it would be a light chocolate scent but was surprised when it was a very strong chocolate brownie smell. While not terrible, its a bit too much for me personally. However I only had to deal with the scent during application, once the lipstick dried down, the scent disappeared. This lipstick wore well on me throughout the day. While I can't vouche for 16 hr wear, I can say that this stayed on my lips for most of the day. As with most liquid lipsticks, this lipstick will wear away if you eat anything oily or greasy. I have no complaints regarding reapplication though. The color I got, Candy Man, didn't really flatter my olive toned skin, however that's not really the fault of the product. I did enjoy the formula and wear enough that I do plan to pick this up in another shade sometime soon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes on all accounts! The color was perfect for my skin tone, the matte was wonderful, and the smell was amazing. This stuff lasted a full work shift (10 hours) without budging. I actually needed some micellar water to remove it! 5/5!
