This is a good face wash. It works very well and is great for sensitive skin. It's not thick either like other cream cleansers. Great value for your money!

Not very soft but does not cause redness works on keeping my face clean I don't really like the smell like at all tbh and it kind of burned my already acne prone skin

It was a smooth substance that had a light scent. I dis not have to use a lot to clean my face. Which makes this a good purchase. My face felt clean and looked great.

Like how my skin tingles whilst using this. The consistency is good and you dont need a lot to get a nice lather. I noticed my skin looked fresher in appearance.

I had been buying this product for decades and chose it over the most expensive facial cleansers because it was just better. The recent formula change is a disaster, it caused me to swear off Kenvue products. It leaves my skin dry and itchy, has a much worse texture, and the smell - which was iconic for long-term customers - is now awful. I will never understand why businesses ruin successful cash cow product lines, or, when they make a change consumers hate, arrogantly refuse to listen. The result? I stopped buying it. More than that, I now actively tell people about how terrible it is. This was an unforced error. Completely baffling how management could screw up this badly.
