the product that I received the boards were all split and when it was all put together it wasn't solid, it wiggled. It looked nice, but this is something that probably is more for looks than for weight and use.

Considering the price you cannot go wrong. Only took 20 minutes to assemble and looks nice. You cannot tell from the picture, but it is three separate pieces that do not connect! You just push them close to each other, or you could separate them as three different bookcases if you wanted!

I had previously read the other reviews, so I knew to get a separate bottle of wood glue. The assembly took me about 3 hours, though I was working by myself. It looks terrific so far - I have quite a few textbooks on it & seems quite sturdy. I did purchase non-slip pads for the feet since I have hardwood floors. I am very pleased with this purchase.

After reading other reviews, I put my doubts aside and ordered one - and I'm so glad I did! Once constructed, this looks great! The shelves are sturdy, the wood is a beautiful color and it looks very modern. Construction was relatively easy, although without a drill, it would've been very tedious and taken much longer. This is definitely a space saver and a great choice.

After reading the reviews online for the bookshelf I had to buy it and had it shipped to the store. I love it!! I assembled it by myself and it looks great! It took me about three hours to assemble it, I used the wood glue sparingly and it last through out the assembly. I would recommend this product and I hope to order another one when we move to place with more room.
