Johnson's No More Tangles Extra Conditioning Toddler Shampoo, 13 Fl. Oz.

I miss the old formulated Johnson's baby shampoo. It worked great to remove my eye makeup for years, I'm a young adult. Unfortunately when I tried the "new" formula it burned my eyes so I stopped buying this. The old formula was perfect for me, please bring it back.

Why, oh why, did you change the bottle for Johnson's baby shampoo? We have used this shampoo for over 40 years and cannot deal with the new container. Please go back to the original! I have had to order it online in order to get the original container. This new packaging has to be the worst design ever!

I have been used Johnson's Baby Shampoo for over 30 years on myself and my children. I recently purchased a new formula bottle and thought the changes were going to be for the best but I found it severely burns when it gets in your eyes. The older formula did not do this to me. I can"t even imagine how it must burn a child or infants eyes! The company must be getting complaints from other consumers on this problem.

I've been using Johnson's baby shampoo to rinse eyes morning and night, as recommended by my ophthalmologist. It prevents styes, and any irritation due to pollen, dust and other allergens In the air that my have contact with the eye. My entire family uses it for this reason and we have had no eye issues since we started this routine. Now, the new formula does not have the same results and actually even causes burning upon contact. Strange because it's supposedly free of everything. I wish I could find the original formula. I've been To every store I can think of and even online

Bought a small bottle of your Johnson's Baby Shampoo upc # 3 8137-102561 9 Washed my face & eyes with it while showering. Immediately, my eyes burned terribly. Two hours later, they still burn & are very red. Your shampoo is NOT “as gentle to the eyes as pure water!” Why did this happen?!
