Not a fan of this product at all, unfortunately. The tingly sensation and minty scent are very invigorating and refreshing, but its not very effective for makeup removal or deep cleaning in my opinion. Would possibly be good as a second step in a double cleansing routine, but cannot hold its own as a primary cleanser.

The texture is not friendly to someone with texture issues and autism. The scent is very strong and overwhelming. It would work for someone without sensory issues

I also appreciate the light, fresh scent—it's not overpowering

I had been buying this product for decades and chose it over the most expensive facial cleansers because it was just better. The recent formula change is a disaster, it caused me to swear off Kenvue products. It leaves my skin dry and itchy, has a much worse texture, and the smell - which was iconic for long-term customers - is now awful. I will never understand why businesses ruin successful cash cow product lines, or, when they make a change consumers hate, arrogantly refuse to listen. The result? I stopped buying it. More than that, I now actively tell people about how terrible it is. This was an unforced error. Completely baffling how management could screw up this badly.
