I tried this dvd for the first time yesterday and I love it!!!! I am 24 weeks pregnant and this video has the right amount of intensity. I would recommend this video to anyone who is trying to stay in shape during pregnancy.

What a great workout! It's fun and easy. Not too strenous on you or baby. Gets you movin' and keeps you movin'. The 20 minute workouts are perfect for busy mommy's to be. Especially on days when you just don't feel like it.

I wanted something low key to help me work out with during my pregnancy and I think this video is perfect. I was not very active before the pregnancy, but the workouts seem perfect for my level. I like that you can choose a workout according to the trimester you are in and you don't need equipment for most, only light hand weights and pillows for some. I'm in my second trimester and loving it so far!

Bought this because my wife was looking for something to motivate her to workout while pregnant. These short (20 min) workouts make it very easy for her to stay motivated and make healthy choices for a healthy pregnancy.
