Neu Home Hudson 4-Shelf Space Saver, Chrome

I purchased this based on the reviews of others. It is very easy to put together and I am very technically challenged. No tools are required- just screws to fasten by hand. It is very sturdy and pleasing to look at. I emailed them that I had parts left over and they replied within the hour that those were used in packing only.

I wish this space saver would've worked for us but it juttted too far out above the toilet. If I were to sit down the first shelf hit me between the shoulder blades. Our walls are not quite square and with the base boards it just pushed too far out. It may work if you could put it flush against the wall. I'm glad I checked before assembling all the shelves. It was very easy to assemble. Some of the pieces were really chinsy but I don't think you'd notice once it was all put together. The bar that goes behind the toilet at the bottom was higher then I thought it would be (approx. 9") so it fit very well there...which I worried about especially after raising our floor slightly. Now I will be returning it. Sad that it didn't work for us. I was excited to have something to put my towels on.

This is a beautiful, high quality shelving unit. The problems I had with it were that one hole was stripped, in one of the pieces. This meant I had to go to the hardware store and buy a tap to fix the hole. That was an additional 9.00. Got that fixed and then parts were missing. I called the distribution customer service number for the manufacturer. I was told I would receive the parts in 10 days. That was 12 days ago. Still don't have the parts. This is disappointing as I live in a small country town with a smaller Walmart that didn't sell this expensive unit, so I could simply return it.. I was disappointed in this product and the customer service from the manufacturer.

We loved this item and I was excited to put it together. But be aware that there's a bar that goes around the back of the base of the toilet, near the bottom of the unit. We learned the hard way that there wasn't enough space between the toilet and the wall to fit the etagere, and it had to go back. Otherwise, it's a lovely item. Too bad it didn't work for us.

Best Price I could find on this produce. It was a gift for elderly relative and needed to be sturdy. Heaviest metal I could find. I do think it stood out from the wall a little too far and she may hit her head on lowest shelf but toilet flush against wall. Be sure and measure distance from wall for this item. PROS: Good value after shopping around. Saved $30 on same item from other retailers. Put together easily. CONS: Not with product but with speed of delivery to store. Took way too long to receive it. Ok if not in a hurry. This was gift and we received it 2 days later than needed.
